Regional Director required for an exciting, newly created role within a leading National Construction and Services Contractor.


Our client is well positioned with an exciting, sustainable business 5 year plan and in such is looking to build upon their talent pool by recruiting high calibre operational leaders at Director level.


With proven success in managing geographically dispersed regeneration and planned maintenance contracts you will exhibit first class customer service and client engagement skills, a track record of successfully delivering long-term multi-million pound refurbishment contracts and the ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders.


You will show demonstrable experience of securing and growing contracts with full P&L on £5m - £30m contract values and be able to work with a range of key stakeholders from bid, through to mobilisation and delivery.


With a diverse workstream covering Housing/Public Sector maintenance, Defence and Local Authority refurbishment schemes, our client is cash-rich and well set to continue to deliver it's vital services to communities across the regions.


Ideally you will have delivered in an end to end leadership role; either Operations, Regional or Account Director level within the FM, Utilities, Housing or the wider Services sector with proven leadership and P&L experience of circa £25m+.
