An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Regional Director of Operations to ensure the seamless delivery of services while striving for excellence and fostering the personal growth and development of your team.

You will be employed by one of the UK's premier healthcare organizations, overseeing operations in the North West region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership to Service Managers and their teams, cultivating an environment that encourages optimal performance.
  • Act as a visible and approachable leader within your services, maintaining a focus on quality, people, and commercial objectives.
  • Achieve the financial and growth targets for the region, along with the People and Quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and finance team to formulate the annual budget, while assisting Service Managers in ensuring services are adequately staffed and aligned with their budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure that service environments, both internally and externally, are well-maintained and meet required standards.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviors.
  • Extensive managerial experience within the Learning Disability sector, ideally in Supported Living and/or Residential Care.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Experience collaborating closely with the CQC and Local Authorities.
  • Confident, adaptable, and efficient; willing to work shifts and be on call when necessary.
  • Above all, a commitment to delivering person-centered care that ensures equitable opportunities for all clients.
  • Valid Driving License.

The successful candidate for the Regional Director of Operations role will receive a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position with daytime hours.
