Job Description

**Regional Director - Infrastructure Operations**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our infrastructure operations in the Midlands and North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our expansion, increasing growth and profitability, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a long-term strategy and vision for the success and growth of the business within the area of responsibility.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team towards achievement of the long-term strategy, ensuring projects have appropriate resources and expertise.
  • Ensure project fees and budgets are adhered to, with robust contract and project change control processes to ensure Client approvals are in place to facilitate monthly invoicing.
  • Manage the delivery of work through proactive involvement where appropriate and thorough performance management of personnel to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to a high-quality standard.
  • Approve training plans to ensure succession planning and career development takes place.
  • Ensure service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company, particularly Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with client's corporate governance procedures where applicable.
Requirements
  • A track record of leading delivery of major projects/programmes with key clients.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver profitable work across multiple sectors.
  • Ability to set challenging, demanding, and progressive business goals that support the strategy and vision for the company.
  • Degree qualified: construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and an aptitude for forward planning.
  • Experience of managing people and delivering multiple or complex projects.
