Regional Director

ChandlerKBS is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to lead our infrastructure operations in the Midlands and North of England. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and expansion in this region.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver a long-term strategy and vision for the success and growth of ChandlerKBS in the Midlands and North of England.
- Team Management: Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, ensuring projects have appropriate resources and expertise.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for new work and driving growth.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sector leads to create new revenue streams.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain best-in-class service provision and delivery capabilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience: Proven track record of leading major infrastructure projects and managing teams of people.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial skills, with the ability to deliver profitable work across multiple sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Energetic and highly motivated leader, with the ability to drive collaborative behaviors and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
- Professional Membership: Membership of a recognized professional body.
