  • Provide timely population of information in Copper to allow other stakeholders to forecast spend and income.
  • Effective communication with the team to ensure internal needs are met
  • Answering company mobile from LBIC switchboard and directing calls effectively

Teamworking and building relationships

  • Work with stakeholders for timely and effective invoicing
  • Attending sales and revenue meetings to update the stakeholders on the status of invoicing.
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders so that documents are filled in correctly to ensure charging/invoicing is accurate

Drive and initiative

  • Ensure purchasing documents are filed correctly and efficiently, both electronically and in office paper archives
  • Responsible for organising biologistic shipments, including liaison with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely shipments to correct geographic locations
  • Responsible for procurement of laboratory consumables, ensuring a constant supply in the most cost effective way.

Judgement and problem solving

  • Always be looking for new ways to resource the most cost effective way of buying consumables
  • Constantly challenge on the validity of the spend or cost
  • Ensures data integrity is maintained through the correct, prescriptive procedure of logging client data.


Salary £26000 to £32000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Hours 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm
