Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Financial Administrator to join our team at Sterling Cross. As an Accounts and Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales ledger, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Maintain Sales Ledger: Ensure timely invoicing and payments, and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
  • Assist with Credit Control: Work with customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Provide Support to Finance Team: Assist with month-end processes, admin tasks, and provide support to the finance team as needed.
  • Liaise with Customers: Communicate with customers to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any queries or issues.
Requirements
  • AAT Qualification or Relevant Experience: Hold a recognized accounting qualification or have relevant experience in sales ledger/accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Be proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero, and have strong Excel skills.
  • Strong Organisational and Communication Skills: Possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
