**Compliance Administrator**

**Sandwich**

**Salary - £20,000**

**Hours - 9am - 5pm**

Do you have at least 1 years’ experience in a compliance governed setting?

Have you working in an administration role with great success?

The position involves providing assistance to the Compliance department by retrieving and inputting data, as well as generating reports. Through this role, you will acquire knowledge about our streamlined and effective processes and procedures. Additionally, you will develop the essential qualities needed to excel as an efficient administrator within the department.

This role is a full-time position working Monday
- Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Working to support the payroll team to input timesheets for the operatives
- Update and monitor the company's accreditation platforms and client portals.
- Assist in maintaining the company's preferred suppliers list.
- Collect evidence from various departments for upcoming Audits, Tenders, and Accreditations.
- Collaborate with contracts managers to gather audit data for both internal and external audits, reports, and evidence.
- Continuously identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity levels.
- Provide support for all growth initiatives and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Act as an engaged team member, actively exchanging knowledge and expertise with others.
- Training will be provided to support your professional development.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- You must have experience in a similar position, with a strong foundation in administration duties
- You must have experience in using MS Office to a good standard
- Must be a strong communicator.
- Accuracy and a good eye for detail
