**Job Title**:HR Apprentice

**Location**: Hybrid, Sandwich, Kent (Infrequent travel to other sites or meetings may be required)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Over the course of the apprenticeship, allocated time away from day-to-day role will be given to work on Apprenticeship studies. Approximately 80% of the time will be spent learning on the job)

**About the Role**:
As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced HR team to support various aspects of human resources management. You will assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, HR database maintenance, and other general HR duties and projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential HR skills in a supportive and growing environment.

**General HR duties**:

- Assist employees with enquiries and requests around our systems, processes, and policies.
- On boarding & New Starters:

- Maintain regular communication with new hires, ensuring completion of required clearances and accurate input of data into systems.
- Coordinate individual and group induction schedules to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
- Leavers Management:

- Review contracts for notice periods and obligations, coordinating with the departing employee and their manager to establish departure details.
- Prepare necessary documentation for departing employees and ensure proper notification across internal systems.
