Our Client

Our client is a hospitality-tech business who have created an industry-breaking alternative to “dark kitchens”. They have raised over £250m in their series A investment, which they are using to revolutionise the way in which the hospitality sector can scale their businesses, through quality build commercial kitchens. As they continue to build out their commercial function, they are looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of the existing sales team and be a real key player in their growth.


What You'll Get

As a Head of Sales, you will receive a basic salary of 80-95k + uncapped commission and equity. They have a fantastic benefits package, including free lunch every day Their office is a lovely space located in Hackney, where there is a real sense of support and collaboration. You must be happy being based in the office or on site, every day.


What You'll Do

As a Head of Sales, you will be a key part in the next phase of growth of the business. You will manage the existing sales team and take ownership of scaling it from here. As well as managing and growing your team you will be happy being hands-on, winning new business with key clients and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CRO on expanding the business into new locations and launching new product lines. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in an early-stage business which is only set to grow massively.


What You'll Need

As a Head of Sales, you will have a proven sales leadership background and will have experience scaling sales teams. You will still be an absolute salesperson yourself, will be happy working very hands-on and will want to work in a young and scrappy environment. You absolutely MUST be happy working either in the office or on site every day. Having a background in hospitality/real estate isn’t essential ,but would definitely be a bonus
