Responsibilities:

Account Management

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

· Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients.

· Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and present new offers and brands.

Sales Growth

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the client base.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Reporting and Analysis

· Monitor and analyse sales performance to ensure goals are met.

· Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts for senior management.

Collaboration

· Work closely with other departments (e.g. buying, administration), to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and sales strategy.

· Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share insights, strategies and best practices.

Skills:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including face to face meetings.

· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

· Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).

· Market knowledge preferable.
