Position: Cluster Sales Manager
Overview:
This role of Cluster Sales Manager encompasses the management of two distinguished hotels, focusing on maximizing sales and enhancing market presence. The hotels are primarily geared towards corporate clientele, featuring a total of 480 rooms along with popular dining and fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives targeting local, national, and international markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with significant clients and agents.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to explore new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the on-site sales team to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales team.
- Organize site visits and client engagement activities as necessary.
- Generate and present sales activity reports as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive is essential.
- Familiarity with the London market is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management is crucial.
- A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset is required.
- Experience in people management and leadership is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, along with bonus and benefits.
