This multi-site Cluster Sales Manager role will look after two branded hotels in Heathrow and Woking, both managed by a superb hotel management company. The hotels are corporate bedrooms driven hotels and provide a combined 480 bedrooms, together with popular bars and restaurants and gyms. The Cluster Sales Manager will proactively generate new corporate and groups business for the hotels and develop existing accounts to increase market share.

About the role

  • The Cluster Sales Manager will drive sales from key local, domestic and international markets into the hotel.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents.
  • Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
  • Lead, manage and develop the on-property sales team.
  • The Cluster Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager and brand sales team.
  • Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
  • Produce sales activity reports as required.
