Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our client\u2019s team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day use of data and IT systems, including telephone and specialist third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting up new commercial customer accounts and ensuring tariff data is correctly uploaded
* Maintaining and updating accurate customer records in compliance with data security standards
* Assisting the Energy Contracts Manager in the production of performance statistics and reports for management reporting and Boards

Requirements

* Highly computer literate, capable of using a range of service-based IT systems
* Medium to Advanced Excel Skills
