Job Title: Business Operations Manager Contract Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report checking and data management for field representatives, including entering data into client trackers on a daily basis.
  • Management of master data in line with standard process, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Use of Geoplan territory planning tool for effective data management.
  • Basic reporting, including downloads into charts, graphs, and reports, with use of basic formulas such as vlookups.
  • Support for Account Briefing Process, including production and distribution of activity briefs and visual aids.
  • New Business (if applicable): support with projects and client review presentations.
  • Financials (if applicable): fuel reconciliation, expenses, driver deductions, and hire vehicles.
  • Management of credit card reconciliations and adherence to deadlines for payroll.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 field visit and 1 meeting attendance per quarter.
  • Regularly read and follow Company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and ensure completion of mandatory training on time.
  • Adhere to all General Data Protection Rules and policies (GDPR).
