Acosta Sales & Marketing is a leading business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking an Operations Executive to represent our partner Kraft Heinz to join our UK head office team in a challenging and diverse role.

Kraft Heinz is a multinational food manufacturer operating in more than 100 countries and markets over 80 consumer brands, including Heinz, HP, Kraft, Lea and Perrins, Planters, and many more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Daily Sales Data Download:** Download retailer sales data on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • **Master Data Management:** Manage master data management in line with standard processes, ensuring master data is accurate at all times.
  • **Holiday Cover Support:** Provide holiday cover support for the Operations Executive team to ensure seamless operations.
  • **Field Manager Support:** Support field managers with booking meetings, accommodation, and flights for the team.
  • **Software Issue Support:** Support field managers with software issues using Service Now to manage operational support tickets.
  • **Field Execution Tool Validation:** Validate all updates and changes made to the Field Execution Tool via testing.
  • **Fleet Management:** Manage fleet-related queries on Account and update all relevant systems.
  • **Hire Car Support:** Support field managers in booking and managing hire cars.
  • **IT Support:** Support field managers in liaising with IT for quick turnaround of IT equipment.
  • **Geoplan Territory Planning Tool:** Use the Geoplan territory planning tool to complete basic reporting, where no analysis of data is required.
  • **Data Export:** Export required data from 360 as required by the Field Management team and put it into a usable format.
  • **Account Briefing Process:** Ensure Account activity briefs are produced (if appropriate) and sent to the field.
  • **Visual Aids and Training Documentation:** Ensure any visual aids and training documentation are compiled for the field.
  • **New Business Support:** Support as appropriate with New Business Projects.
  • **Quarterly Client Review Presentations:** Help in building quarterly client review presentations.
  • **Financial Management:** Manage fuel reconciliation, expenses, driver deductions, and hire vehicles.
  • **Credit Card Reconciliation:** Manage credit card reconciliations and ensure deadlines are met for payroll.
  • **Strategic Direction:** Play an active part in the strategic direction of the Account and business.
  • **Field Visits and Meetings:** Minimum of 1 field visit and 1 meeting attendance per quarter.
  • **Company Policies and Procedures:** Regularly read and follow Company policies and procedures at all times.
  • **Personal Development:** Take responsibility for your own personal development and ensure all mandatory training is completed on time.
  • **GDPR Compliance:** Adhere to all General Data Protection Rules and policies.
