Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Data Management
    • Manage daily downloads of retailer sales data
    • Ensure master data management is accurate and up-to-date
    • Forward enquiries to the relevant contact
    • Update and maintain attendance logs and contact details
    • Cover reception desk duties as needed
    • Provide holiday cover support for the Operations Executive team
    • Support field managers with meeting bookings and travel arrangements
  • Technical
    • Support with loading scripts for periodic questions
    • Validate updates and changes made to Field Execution Tool
    • Communicate completion of updates and potential impacts to users
    • Support with software issues using Service Now
  • Fleet Management
    • Main point of contact for fleet-related queries
    • Maintain driver and vehicle lists in C-track
    • Support with booking and managing hire cars
    • Accident management
    • Support field managers with IT equipment requests
  • Call File Management
    • Ensure calls are added or removed as needed
    • Support with changes to call file requirements
    • Use Geoplan territory planning tool
  • Reporting
    • Complete basic reporting with use of formulas
    • Export data from 360 and format for Field Management team
  • Support for Account Briefing Process
    • Produce and send account activity briefs to the field
    • Compile visual aids and training documentation
    • Set up relevant information in systems
  • Client Communication
    • First point of contact for operational queries
    • Manage client operational requirements
  • New Business
    • Support with New Business Projects as needed
  • Client Review Presentations
    • Help build quarterly client review presentations
    • Analyze operational information and ensure relevance for clients
    • Build PowerPoint presentations to simplify findings
  • Financials
    • Manage fuel reconciliations, expenses, and driver deductions
    • Manage credit card reconciliations and ensure payroll deadlines are met
  • Strategic Direction
    • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Account and business
    • Review and propose new ways of working for current processes
  • Other Requirements
    • Attend a minimum of 1 field visit and 1 meeting per quarter
    • Regularly read and follow Company policies and procedures
    • Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety Regulations
    • Take responsibility for personal development and complete mandatory training
    • Adhere to General Data Protection Rules and policies
