We're looking for an experienced QHSSE Business Partner to manage project QHSSE professionals in Europe & Africa. You'll collaborate with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure QHSSE objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a pool of project QHSSE professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate to implement regional QHSSE strategies, initiative, goals, and objectives.
  • Identify resource requirements, allocate resources, and monitor capacity and capability.
  • Maintain an inventory of skills and competencies, and assign the right resources to projects.
  • Analyze QHSSE data and deliver reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or quality management.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in QHSSE management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Day-to-day:

Collaborate with service line directors, project teams, and stakeholders, provide guidance and ensure project compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies.
