As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of our organisation. We are seeking an ambitious HR professional with multi-site experience to join our team as a Regional HR Business Partner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Talent Agenda: Ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time by driving talent management and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Keep the business safe and legal through expert management of employee relations, including providing specialist advice on employment law and ER cases.
  • People Initiatives: Own and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
  • Operational Partnership: Act as a key connection between Operations and the wider business, supporting leadership decision-making and challenging where necessary to ensure people-first solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse People-related trends and metrics (such as turnover, engagement survey results, and exit data) to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
  • Engagement and Listening: Play a key role in listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results, upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
  • Employee Development: Support talent appointments, attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.
  • ER Case Management: Handle high-risk ER cases, always balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.
