Technical Partner Development Manager

Role Purpose:
To provide comprehensive support to our technical specialists, technicians, and network of technical partners. This includes identifying, onboarding, and managing new technical partnerships to ensure the growth and development of our regional business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new technical partners and their successful onboarding
- Assist in the growth of technical capabilities
- Manage technical partner relationships and performance
- Collaborate with implementation and specialist teams to improve system and installation efficiencies
- Document and refine processes and technical procedures for technical partners
- Ensure all new partners in the UK and Europe are sufficiently onboarded from a technical perspective to accelerate sales success
Role Description:
As a Technical Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for actively sourcing and managing technical partners. You will implement a successful support structure for technical partners on MiX/Powerfleet systems and processes, and organise regional technical and onboarding training in line with our global training program.
Your Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Proven experience in technical project management roles in telematics or related industries
- Strong technical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office application suite
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent project management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
