Role Purpose:

To provide system and process support to internal technical specialists / technicians and the network of technical partners. Assist in the growth of technical capabilities by identifying potential new installation/technical partners, their successful onboarding and ongoing performance whilst also assisting with the onboarding and project management of new partners such as integration and channel partners in UK and Europe. Ultimately ensuring sufficiently high enough quality, capacity and capability to meet the growth of the regional business.

Performance objectives


Outcome:

  • Identify new technical partnerships to align to European Operations Model
  • Validate technical competence with technical partners
  • Manage technical partner relationships
  • Collaborate with implementation team to improve system efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with technical specialist team to improve installation efficiencies.
  • Document and continually refine processes and technical procedures for technical partners
  • All new partners in UK and Europe sufficiently onboarding from a technical perspective to accelerate sales success


Role Description:

  • Actively source and manage technical partners
  • Implement a successful support structure for technical partners on MiX/Powerfleet systems and processes that play a part in the successful installation or trouble-shooting of MiX/Powerfleet products.
  • Organise regional technical and onboarding training in line with global training program and enhance accordingly for regional requirements
  • Actively support the design, growth and improvement of the technical capabilities within the partner network.
  • Consistently communicate with technical partners to manage relationships and improve performance.
  • Work cross-functionally within Europe and central team to onboard all partners effectively to accelerate partner enablement
  • Work with external suppliers to manage quality control procedures
  • Establish relationships with vehicle manufacturers, serving as the primary contact with OEMs for CAN specification documentation and approved connection points
  • Identify training requirements for OEMs and arrange technical training program accordingly.
  • Set up a technical partner excellence program to incentivize good performance and adherence with MiX/Powerfleet standards
  • Set up, manage and administer the quality standards program across all technical partners to maintain quality standards across the network

  • Competencies:
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills, fluent in English (French or German as a second language would be beneficial)
  • Proven experience in technical project management roles in telematics or related industry
  • Strong technical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office application suite
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, energy and a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent project management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Willing and able to travel in the UK and EU
  • Customer focused and clear thinker
