Technical Partnership Development Manager

At Powerfleet, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our technical partner network.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new technical partnerships to support our European Operations Model
- Validate the technical competence of our partners and ensure they meet our quality standards
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with our technical partners
- Collaborate with our implementation team to improve system efficiencies and streamline processes
- Work closely with our technical specialist team to improve installation efficiencies and reduce costs
- Document and refine our technical procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure all new partners in the UK and Europe are properly onboarded and equipped to accelerate sales success
- Proven experience in technical project management roles in telematics or a related industry
- Strong technical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with French or German as a second language a plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office application suite and able to learn new systems quickly
- Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel in the UK and EU
