Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover role. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-profile partnerships that support our mission to ensure any unemployed woman can transform her life through employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile partnerships, including Bobbi Brown, Google, Royal Sun Alliance, and PayPal, to secure vital funds, awareness, and pro bono support.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team and local Smart Works centres to develop local partnerships and embed national partnerships across our 11 UK centres.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships to grow and retain partnerships, thinking creatively and strategically to achieve our goal of raising over £5m per annum.
