Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen to be part of a well-established and leading designer and manufacturer of premium interior furniture components and decorative hardware. Recognised for excellence in design, quality and customer service, and with a growing portfolio of clients and markets, they’re now seeking a proven Sales Director to lead their next phase of market expansion and growth.


The Role

In this newly created role, the Sales Director will report to the CEO and will be a key member of Senior Management. Leading and mentoring a sales team, you will shape and execute a high impact yet sustainable sales strategy and vision across UK and international markets to expand presence in key sectors and drive revenue and margin growth.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales leader with experience in managing and developing teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth within manufacturing while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and margin. Experience selling into KBB sectors (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) and UK/international markets is advantageous.
  • Both strategic and hands-on with notable achievements in targeted business development and account management.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align on objectives and drive impactful sales campaigns.
  • Effective and adaptable communicator with sound interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • CRM/ERP experience, plus analytical abilities for pricing and market insights.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
