**Job Title: Sales Director - HVACR Industry**

**Location**: Birmingham, United Kingdom

**Salary Range**: £90,000 - £105,000 per annum (plus bonus and car allowance of £12,500 per year)

Are you an experienced and dynamic Sales Director looking for a new challenge in the HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Sales Director based in Birmingham.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HVACR industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and maximize sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the HVACR industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
