We're currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Controller - Chilled. You will be working with Morrisons and the Myton Food Group. Working jointly with the Commercial Team to help deliver 3 year plans for revenue and margin growth. An instrumental part of the Team making the essential step-change to a data and insight driven Manufacturing Business, focused on delivering actionable insights to customers to land profitable growth for Myton Food Group.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Building positive relationships with the Manufacturing site Teams, NPD and Senior Teams.
  • Being a key part of the Team in compiling and presenting category reviews, identify issues & develop recommendations to influence and drive growth for Morrisons
  • Building strong intra-departmental ties between Manufacturing and Retail teams.
  • Understand and significantly contribute towards the 3 year strategy for Internal Category growth


What we're looking for:


Knowledge

  • Expert knowledge & understanding of Multiple Retail Chilled Categories.
  • Demonstrable success in driving profitable business within the Chilled Categories.
  • Strong NPD Trend awareness

Skills

  • Excellent relationship development skills.
  • Strong resilience and tenacious approach to driving business growth.
  • Informed and immersed in consumer food trends to inform and drive innovation & translate into EBITDA.

Experience

  • Significant Chilled Category experience within a Multiple Retailer-facing Senior Role.
  • Experience and demonstrable success in growing sustainable Chilled business within a large Food Manufacturing business.
  • People management and team development.
  • Commercial and Financial Analysis ability, management of P & L
