Location: Hybrid (1 day a week M3/M4 Corridor)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery and management of contracts, focusing on large NEC contracts and programmes. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with stakeholders, while being customer and supplier-facing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, ideally with experience in NEC contracts and Quantity Surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and delivery of commercial contracts.
- Lead the management of large NEC contracts and programmes.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while identifying and managing potential risks.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience managing contracts, particularly NEC contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in Quantity Surveying (preferable).
- Security Clearance is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
