Junior Quality & HS&E Administrator - Wiltshire

Your new role
Your new role as a Junior Quality & HS&E Administrator is a vital role for the organisation. Some responsibilities include
Ensure the company QMS meets or exceeds the requirements of AS9100/9120 & ISO9001 & other standardsMaintain accurate document control and ensure retention requirements are managedSupport Quality Manager & process owners to optimise processes & overall product & service qualityCreate monthly KPI reports and work with teams to understand the gap in targets/improvement opportunitiesSupport external audit activity by customers and accreditation bodiesSupport the development of the company's internal audit program – support internal auditors
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will hold the following in order to succeed within your role:
  • No quality experience is necessary.
  • Administrative role experience required
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately with excellent administrative skills
  • A pragmatic, solution-based approach whilst ensuring 100% compliance with internal & external standards
  • A good communicator & able to build relationships across the company & customer base
  • A team player with an honest, open & inquisitive mindset.
  • Microsoft packaging and presentation skills.
