Position: Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on expertise, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, along with additional company benefits.

We are seeking a driven professional with a solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of compliance programs and transitions, conducting both internal and external evaluations of Exponential-e's adherence to international and governmental standards, including ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301, Cyber Essentials Plus, and HMG Compliance Frameworks.
- Manage device control and analysis, utilizing tools such as SIEM - Alien Vault, Knownbe4, and Data Loss Prevention.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements both internally and externally.
- Conduct and oversee Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Business Impact Analyses (BIA), assessing associated risks.
- Provide relevant compliance training and awareness sessions for new hires and ongoing staff, in line with the organization's training requirements.

Success Metrics:
- Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the group's compliance needs, with the capability to enhance these within the first year of employment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience or knowledge in quality assurance or information security.
- Strong organizational, project management, and planning abilities.
- Capacity to analyze existing practices and propose improvements for compliance management visibility and efficiency.
- Familiarity with auditing, education, risk management, legal frameworks, investigations, ethics, and policy formulation.
- Proactive mindset to anticipate and mitigate business risks.
