Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will oversee an established portfolio of clients, focusing on promoting and cross-selling a diverse range of products, including Financial Services, Risk Management Services, and various Motor and Personal General Insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering sustainable business growth by identifying new sales prospects within the agricultural sector and providing customized insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Collaborating effectively with sales support and claims teams to enhance service delivery.
- Leveraging existing relationships to ensure outstanding service for clients.
- Utilizing available training, support, and resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance solutions offered to the agricultural market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the agricultural sector is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
