Job Title: Insurance Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and target-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team at the South Cotswolds Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively seeking out and researching businesses within commercial sectors to develop a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and identifying the commercial insurance needs of high-net-worth prospects and advising on insurance products.
  • Utilising your training, support and resources in order to develop an in-depth understanding of their target commercial sectors and the associated insurance products.
  • Handing over new clients to the customer-focused team of Service, Claims and Account Management colleagues, they will ensure that the new business you've generated is well looked after and retained come renewal.

Requirements:

  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is desirable.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy - social media skills are desirable but not essential.
