We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Lead Pension Administrator to join a key Pension Fund stakeholder responsible for over 170+ scheme employers, managing all pension benefits in line with scheme regulations.
You would join a team of Pension Administrators, providing specialist compliance input, as well as support for a range of services, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. You will take reins of the audits, commenting and approving processes to ensure smooth operations of the department.
As a senior member, you will also have an opportunity to mentor the team on regulatory changes, and maintain consisted processes ensuring compliance with regulations and acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external audits.
Your background:
Experience in either LGPS Pensions or has held technical roles in Defined Benefit administration
Understanding of pension regulations and associated tax rules
Proven experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
