**Your role and responsibilities**

We are looking for a enthusiastic, self motivated and professional individual to join our accounts team.

40 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday-Friday.
- Maintaining detailed records of invoices on client records.
- Answering account questions and queries form clients.
- Contacting clients with outstanding balances.
- Support with insurance claims.
- Update client accounts accordingly.
- Discussing and keeping clients informed of their accounts and insurance claims.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of insurance shortfalls along with excess and co-payment liabilities.
- To work as a team as well as independently supporting our clients, patients, and clinical teams in our busy practice.
