Financial Administrator

Involve Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial administration and a strong understanding of financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily transactions, including bank postings, supplier payments, and receipts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, bank reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, VAT returns, and other financial reporting.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash reporting to senior business leaders.
- Process inter company cash transfers and ad-hoc payments.
- Load payment files into the bank for approval.
- Post payments and receipts into the company's ERP system.
- Drawdown funds from the invoice facility.
- Assist with purchase ledger reconciliation.
- Deputise for the Credit Controller.
- Assist with bank reporting and VAT returns.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial administration and a strong understanding of financial systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
