Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator - The Role:
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of apprenticeships? Wiltshire College & University Centre is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator, playing a vital role in supporting apprentices and employers through the enrolment and onboarding process. As the number of apprentices across multiple sectors in the region continues to grow, we need dedicated individuals to join us in this crucial mission.
Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out enrolment and associated administrative processes for apprenticeship provision across the college.
- Liaise directly with learners and employers to support with all aspects of the apprenticeship enrolment journey.
- Work effectively to deliver an efficient & high-quality service at all times.
- Maintain administrative systems to record learner applications, enrolments and business activity, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with learners and employers to inform them of course details, enrolment, training and assessment procedures.
- Provide guidance and assistance to college staff in the provision of and access to information to support the learner experience.
Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator - You
If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess outstanding communication skills, and have an eagle eye for detail, you're exactly who we're looking for As an Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator, you'll work closely with a dynamic team, utilizing your excellent IT skills to process enrolment information accurately and efficiently. Your ability to work collaboratively, respectfully, and with curiosity aligns perfectly with our college values.
To excel in this role, you will hold GCSE Maths and English at grade C/level 2 or above. However, if you're passionate about learning and growing, we welcome candidates willing to work towards these qualifications.
