Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Advertising organization, one of the fastest-growing teams. Your focus will be on managing the day-to-day operations of multiple complex projects from inception to implementation. You will partner with various teams to support operational excellence and automation. You will partner cross-functionally and globally with stakeholders at varying levels and support products at various levels of maturity. We are looking for someone who thinks big, is deeply analytical, and thrives in a cross-functional organization. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Digital Advertising business, and the ability to navigate complex topics to achieve program goals. You will report to the Global Ads Growth Solutions Lead and work collaboratively with regional GTM leads. You must demonstrate excellent communication and planning skills with a business goals-centric attitude.


This Program manager needs prior PM experience since this role is expected to start producing results ASAP. They will lead the operations on the day-to-day for multiple complex projects from inception to implementation. They will also need to lead without authority to accomplish action items from multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and planning skills with business goals are essential to the success of this candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Indirectly lead cross-functional project teams, locally and globally, for various projects, ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within scope
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitor and control, and delivery
  • Own the Business Requirements for new projects and deliver well defined new processes tailored to different audiences
  • Develop effective project plans and high-quality documentation to meet both immediate and long-term goals
  • Analyze programs performance, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend and implement improvements
  • Identify key project inputs, dependencies, and priorities
  • Manage change optimally, ensuring stakeholder readiness through timely communication
  • Recommend solutions to business opportunities and customer challenges when appropriate
  • Work across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution across channels and touchpoints
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Three must-haves: 1) Project management experience, 2) Strong ‘can do’ attitude no matter the ask, 3) Ability to work on several projects that are quite different from one another simultaneously
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience ideally in online commerce, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience (Advertising / Marketing)
  • Proven working understanding of project management techniques
  • Excel and PPT proficient
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Needs to lead the stakeholders via meetings and tracking action items. Needs to be hands-on when necessary
  • Maintain and revise project schedules and milestones; act as a liaison between teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and teams are united around a common goal
  • Ability to communicate progress and issues across a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Outstanding organization, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Experience in developing productive and collaborative relationships across an organization
  • Facilitate meetings and be capable of ensuring action items are clear and followed through, regardless of stakeholder seniority
  • Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital
  • Respect for diverse views and people, with a commitment to shared success in team settings


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of C2C / SMB business
  • Strong Presentation skills both in person and via technology
  • Experience in a Growth/self-serve user role or working closely with global teams
