We have partnered with a beautiful luxury bridal and Haute Couture brand, who requires a Deputy Bespoke Atelier manager.


Advanced garment construction and fitting skills are required, aswell as the ability to work closely with advising the Atelier team on fitting and finishing bespoke made- to measure dresses.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Experience of working with VIP customers
  • Deputize for the Head of Atelier regularly
  • Liasing with designer, pattern cutter and seamstresses to ensure all gowns are finished to the highest possible spec
  • Organise costings
  • Advanced fitting experience, with the ability to offer fit and design solutions
  • Creating private client overview, keeping head of atelier aware of deadlines and scheduling production.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage various orders at various stages at once,
  • Manage Critical path
  • Advanced Bridal /haute couture dress making experience
  • Ability to understand and amend patterns and specs
  • Coordination of client alterations
  • Leadership experience
  • Oversee tech packs for all Private Clients orders
  • Ensure all necessary components (trims, binding, fusing etc) are available
  • Provide pattern makers and pattern cutters with a clear technical directive for each project
  • Oversee technical decisions
  • Highly organised, efficient an inspirational ambassador for the brand
  • Oversee your team of staff and manage work expectations
  • Second in command to support Heda of Atelier run the workroom.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, building strong relationships with other departments
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
