Key Responsibilities:


Change Management Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT change management strategy.
  • Lead the change management process, including planning, risk assessment, and execution.
  • Ensure all IT changes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to coordinate and communicate changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all change management activities.
  • Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings to review and approve proposed changes.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
