  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support change initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an EPR Change Manager or in a similar role within a complex, large-scale organization.
  • Strong understanding of EPR systems, with experience in managing changes to these systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
