This role will be based out of Aberdeen and will report directly to the CEO. This is a dynamic position as it develops negotiation and project management skills and has a large network of established accounts.


About the Role:

Based in Aberdeen, UK, you will promote the Companies products & maximize plant load.

You will be responsible for revenue and margin generation & growth within your perimeter while proposing and executing the commercial strategy for the product line.

Managing the inquiry funnel from offer to cash collection (turnkey and couplings, base pipe and TCM) with the support of the Accessory Contract Team Lead.

There will be 4 direct reports.

Work with outside sales team, inside sales, contract team, operational and international management teams to drive actions necessary to achieve annual goals.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned accounts and develop new accounts to meet or exceed annual targets (sales / margins), on assigned territories; support the collection process as and when required; main accounts in the territory: oilfield service companies, licensees and operators.
  • Build and drive the sales policy (market/product/service/pricing) & promotion plan (webinar; sales calls; events, face to face, etc) of Company capabilities and products in its sales area, and lobby towards end users and stakeholders. Reporting on the activity to management as and when required.
  • Source and develop new accounts in the region by offering innovative solutions for them to better manage their supply chain; OFS are for example an axis of development;
  • Together with the Accessory Contract Team, manage the customer relationship to maximize customer satisfaction and a good coverage of the territory & product line while making sure the processes are adequate and well deployed.
  • Work closely with OCTG sales director & the product line team to fine tune pricing, analyse trends and refine product offering. Important also to share the latest market trends with the sales team and corporate.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with defined Quality Procedures, Standards and Company Directives at all times


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Good technical knowledge of accessories OCTG products
  • Good knowledge of OFS and accessory environment

Accountability:

  • Hit the revenue, margin & cash collection targets while developing the business to new customers
  • Support the sales of Accessories to Oil & Gas operators through pricing and technical support
  • Support existing license network and support the deployment of the new royalty scheme to licensees.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or related area


Required Experience:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Outside sales experience in a related field
  • Oilfield completions experience a plus
