Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with multiple markets to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, initial introduction to new customers
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business client relationships
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Tendering support as required
  • Sales visits including presentations to clients, CRM generation, opportunity leads
  • Site visits as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' prior oil and gas industry related sales management experience with pre-commissioning, commissioning and construction in the opil and gas sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Technical ability to carry out customer site visits, formulate bids for maintenance, construction, commissioning & pre-commissioning
  • Come with proven track record and established network

Desirable

Network and ability to adopt strategy for renewable energy markets

Based in our head office in Aberdeen

Candidates must be based locally

Salary position with commission
