Your new role
We are exclusively working with a fabulous business in Grimsby, recruiting an Administrator to join the Accounts department. This is a permanent role that is office based, working in a small team, so we are looking for a hands-on candidate who wants a really varied, interesting, fast-paced role.
Duties:-

  • Answering queries from customers over the phone and via email
  • Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collating information ensuring that accurate invoices are produced
  • Internal journal entries
  • Matching POD's to invoices
  • Order entry to Sage and an in-house system
  • Helping with reception and the weighbridge
  • Taking payments over the phone and assisting in the accounts department when needed
There will be lots of training and support included in this position, so the right candidate will have the desire to succeed.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to location, you will need your own means of transport. You will be used to working in a busy office environment. If you have used Sage, you will have a distinct advantage. Although this can be trained, you must, however, have the ability to pick up systems at pace. This is 100% office-based.
