**Job role summary**

As the Admisitrator of Utilities and Fibre Networks, you will have the chance to learn every aspect of the business and grow as a person in a supportive environment. We are looking for a hard working communicator who will be able to keep up with the high work load and deal with any challenges that occur. This is a unique role that is teachable but any previous knowledge on the sector is an advantage.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Liaising with local authorities
- Raising and managing permits using Street Manager
- Organising Traffic Management
- Updating Works Management Systems with relevant Streetworks information
- Job closure and accounts
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and teams
- Administrative duties

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Good understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player - happy to assist colleagues and considerate of others.

**Experience**
- No specific experience in the industry itself is required but would be advantageous.
- Administrative and streetworks experience is preferred.
- The hours are 07.00 to 17.00.

**Salary**: £20,452.00-£21,142.00 per year
