About the Role
The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Physiological Measurements team, working in both the reception and booking office. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Trust waiting times, and diary management.
Main Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Physiological Measurements team, including reception and booking duties.
Manage diary and waiting times, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners.

Person Specification
Essential
- RSA II typing and writing skills or equivalent
- Good level of education/GCSE or equivalent
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
Occupational Experience

- Previous experience of working in a customer services environment

- Experience of working within a team
- Experience of working with the general public
