Sharps Bedrooms is the market leading fitted bedroom furniture specialist and is now looking for a Full Time Sales Office Manager for our Eastern Regional Sales Office which is situated in Northampton.


Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will organise and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the sales office through your small team of administrators. You will also assist the Regional Manager to achieve KPI figures and period sales targets and be the vital link between the sales office, 40 designers, our showrooms and internal departments at our Head Office locations at Bagshot and Wolverhampton.


This is a busy position, working five days out of seven which regularly includes weekends, with the primary objective of supporting the RSM and designer team through efficient sales planner management and continuous effective communication.


You will need to be able to prioritise, organise, and multi-task in this busy and 'driven’ operation along with being self-motivated and able to communicate positively across our busy sales and business network,

You will also need to be target driven, well-organised and have good IT skills including Word and Excel. Knowledge of a CRM system such as SalesForce would be an advantage along with experience in people management.
