As the Head of CRM, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in our new and used car retail segments through top-tier B2C/D2C and B2B marketing campaigns. You’ll be an integral part of the marketing leadership team, collaborating closely with other departments, particularly acquisition. Your mission will be to enhance engagement, interest, and sales through tailored prospect lifecycle nurture campaigns aligned with our customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, articulate, and execute a CRM strategy to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates for new acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the CRM team, currently comprising one other person, with potential for expansion under your direction, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with various teams on ideation, content, asset requirements, and successful campaign launches.
  • Analyze and report on all CRM activities, focusing on targets that align with business goals.
  • Develop strategies to enhance lifetime customer value (LCV) and support business growth.
  • Manage all CRM channels, creating and activating effective campaign plans for target audiences.
  • Support our omnichannel customer experience by working with business stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to gain customer insights and enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Experience with CDPs like Segment and CRM platforms such as Mailjet and Mautic is ideal but not mandatory.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in CRM leadership with a track record of driving growth.
  • Expertise in lifetime customer value, prospect nurturing, lead generation, and eCommerce sales through CRM activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in articulating technical or digital requirements to enhance CRM.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, generating new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
