Are you a dynamic IT leader ready to drive Ascentis to digital excellence? As our Head of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our IT strategy, fostering innovation, and supporting digital transformation across The Ascentis Group.

**The Job Description**

As the Head of IT, you'll be the driving force behind our IT strategy, fostering a culture of innovation within the department. A key focus of the role will be to lead the way in innovating our technology landscape and collaborating across teams to ensure that our IT initiatives align with business objectives and emerging technologies. Your strategic insights and operational expertise will be crucial in shaping the technological future of the organisation.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and managing robust and resilient infrastructures to enhance information gathering and electronic processes. This involves staying informed about regulatory requirements, making recommendations to management, and ensuring compliance with relevant IT-related legislation. You'll also take charge of IT within subsidiary companies of Ascentis where applicable.

We are seeking an individual with a solid understanding of strategic and operational objectives. Your experience in implementing innovative solutions will be highly valued. As a key player in our ongoing growth journey, your role will not only contribute to the ongoing development and excellence within our IT department but also contribute significantly to the overall advancement of Ascentis.

Experience in managing ERP and CRM as well as administering a Microsoft-based environment is required. This includes familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, Azure Active Directory and similar technologies.
