Role Overview
We are looking for an open minded and team focused project coordinator to administer, co-ordinate and drive to completion a variety of business projects. This role will work closely with the Head of Product and Brand to identify business needs, specify requirements, provide suggested solutions, and drive the subsequent projects to completion in an efficient yet thorough manner. This is an agile and varied role aimed to support and guide a wide range ongoing continual improvement projects and new internal innovations in a fast paced growing business.
This role requires an analytically minded individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication and organisation skills. On a day to day basis you will be working with Microsoft Excel, HubSpot CRM and a variety of other software to track projects, tasks, workflows and data. A key aspect of this role is co-ordination between project stakeholders and key business individuals to ensure specifications are holistically considered and all parties remain involved and up to date with developments. This is a hands-on role for someone looking to have a true impact on one of the fastest growing businesses in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Product and Brand to develop a business wide cross-functional project management process
- Build up a bank of project management pro formas to support the formal process
- Work with relevant stakeholders to build up initial project specifications
- Coordinate business projects to ensure they are on track and being worked on according to set priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the suggested specifications match all needs and projected requirements
- Support with presentation of suggested project plans to the Senior Management Team for review
- Guide projects from conception to completion via the relevant project stages and gate reviews
- Take lead role on selected projects and collaborate with external stakeholders/contractors where required
- Suggest relevant success indicators for the projects to map successful outcomes and areas for improvement
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps and suggested actions/project considerations
- Complete project tasks and act as a key stakeholder in all projects to guide to successful completion.
- Investigate potential solutions for projects such as softwares, services and consultants
- Supporting team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensuring project information is up to date and the project tracker is maintained
- Analyse benefits and risks of potential project solutions and present suggestions and next steps
- Support Head of Product and Brand and CEO with key projects and business requirements

- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- Experience with certification of quality control is an advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Previous experience with HubSpot is an advantage
- Six Sigma or similar lean methodology experience is an advantage
