Job Summary:

Lancaster University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project lead and ensuring the timely processing of expenses and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project lead in scheduling and managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, includingliaising with procurement teams and other departments
  • Coordinate the production and circulation of papers and event materials
  • Organise venues and refreshments for external engagement events
  • Liaise with external partners and Co-Investigators in other universities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of providing administrative support in a university or research environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with external colleagues
