Mighty Maintenance Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in streamlining our scheduling processes and enhancing system usage to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use technical expertise to manage our scheduling systems and organise team resources.
  • Respond to client needs and communicate with customers on feedback from completed jobs.
  • Prepare quotes for new jobs and assist in converting quotes into active projects.
  • Schedule health and safety services such as fire panel servicing and PAT testing.
  • Work with our finance team to ensure accurate billing and prompt payments.
