Manufacturing Plant and Equipment Planning Lead

As a Production Equipment Strategy Manager at BAE Systems, you will lead a team of experts in defining and implementing production equipment strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement production equipment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize equipment needs.
- Manage and coordinate the planning and delivery of production equipment projects.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in production planning, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering production equipment projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of investment planning, manufacturing strategy, and project management principles.
